The "Lac de la Cavayère" is also just 8 kilometers meters away, offering sandy beaches, water sports activities, and even tree climbing for the more adventurous guests. • a familie bathroom with walk-in shower, additional toilet and 2 sinks and a second bathroom in the parents Suite with a walk-in shower and washbasin.
• a separate guest toilet at the entrance of the house and an additional accessible toilet
• a spacious living room with direct access to the covered terrace with dining table for 8
• a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher,
washing machine, air-fryer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, waterboiler, mixers etc.
• a large south facing terrace of 25 sq.meters with a dining table for 8 persons, all facing a newly built salt water pool (8 x 4 meters) 6 sunbeds and deck chairs on 900 square meters of grounds. The garden is surrounded by garden fences and walls, giving privacy and security for children and pets.

* There is a limited direct bus service (Number 3) to the Castle and the City centre with a bus stop 500 meters from our house. By car it takes 5 minutes to the City, on bicycle 10 minutes and walking 30-40 minutes through local vineyards.
