OPENING MID-JUNE 2021 This quality holiday-home (Gîte) is located in Montlegun-Carcassonne, a quiet village 2 kilometres south-east of the medieval town of Carcassonne with it's world famous Castle “La Cité”and 5km away from the "Canal du Midi", both Unesco World Heritage Sites. It is also 600 meters from the Lake de la Cavayère, with beaches, watersport activities and tree climbing. Note: more final pictures will be added after the renovation in May-June 2021

There are two terraces, one south facing with a newly built pool (8 x 4 meters) and a BBQ corner plus one north facing with deck chairs and a private jeux de boules/petanque area on 1000 square meters of grounds. The garden is surrounded by garden fences and walls, giving privacy and security for children.
