We have just purchased this lovely quiet family vacation home in Carcassonne-Montlegun, 5 minutes from La Cité and the city centre, 600 meters from the Lake De la Cavayère with water sports activitites and tree climbing parc. It offers:

• a new bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet and a second bathroom with 2 sinks, a bath and shower.

• a large living room with access to covered terrace and a new pool - 4 x 8 meters
• a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine in the garage.
There are two terraces, a veranda facing north with 2 relax deck chairs overlooking the private jeux de boules/pétanque area and a south facing garden with a 8 x 4 meter pool, 150 cm deep and built-in BBQ corner on 1000 square meters of grounds. The garden is surrounded by fences and gates, giving privacy and security for children.
